Our process grew from firsthand market research, underwriting, acquisitions, improvements and property operations.
We wanted a better way to connect fragmented property information with real investment judgment, so we developed our own investment methodology and use patent-pending real estate intelligence technology from LIBA Inc. around it. LIBA Capital combines principal-led investment judgment with LIBA SI, an enterprise intelligence platform supporting financial analysis, underwriting and investment decisions.
