LIBA Capital was built by principals investing their own capital in Miami-Dade real estate.
Our process grew from firsthand market research, underwriting, acquisitions, improvements and property operations.
We wanted a better way to connect fragmented property information with real investment judgment, so we developed our own investment methodology and our own patent-pending real estate intelligence technology around it. Certain underlying Decision Intelligence technologies developed and owned by Colle are separately licensed to LIBA Capital.
